With this we create a customized workout program based on your level and where you want to work out for you to follow. It has video demonstrations of each exercise so you will know how to properly execute them. It comes with an app where we will be able to communicate through and it will have a calendar so we can schedule our workouts ahead of time to hold ourselves accountable to get it done. With this, you will get a nutrition guide on healthy choices for meals and snacks we can have throughout the day. We offer this on a month to month basis with no contract, you can cancel whenever needed, just give us a 7-day notice.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING ONLINE
Virtual Personal Training
This is where we will connect via Zoom to conduct our workouts. We will write up a customized plan based on the equipment you have around and your fitness level. We will be able to coach you virtually (Form and Intensity) . It will be a lot like a normal personal training session in a gym but we will be there on your computer and you will be at home. This is our most popular way of training as it holds you accountable to stay as consistent as possible with your workouts, and you will always know that you have proper form. We will also help to coach you on your nutrition during this time, by sending helpful examples of what you can do. Best part is we can train anywhere, so your routine is not thrown off due to business travel or anything else. We offer weekly and monthly memberships with no contract, so you can cancel whenever, just give us a 7 day notice.
